  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nIt shall apply from 1 January 2006.\nHowever point 6 of Article 2 of this Regulation and paragraph 7 of Article 48c of Regulation (EC) No 795/2004 as added by Article 2 point 5 of this Regulation shall apply from 1 October 2005.",
