# Council Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 23/2005 of 20 December 2004 adjusting, from 1 July 2004, the rate of contribution to the pension scheme of officials and other servants of the European Communities and, from 1 January 2005, the interest rate used for transfers between the Community scheme and national pension schemes, Article 2

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

With effect from 1 January 2005, the interest rate referred to in Articles 4 and 8 of Annex VIII to the Staff Regulations and in Articles 40 and 110 of the Conditions of employment of other servants shall be 3,9 %.
