  "text": "For the purposes of this Annex, the following geographical area shall apply:\nKattegat (ICES Division IIIa south),\nSkagerrak and North Sea, (ICES Divisions IVa,b,c, IIIa north and IIa EC),\nWest of Scotland (ICES Division VIa),\nEastern Channel (ICES Divisions VIId),\nIrish Sea (ICES Division VIIa).\nFor vessels notified to the Commission as being equipped with vessel monitoring systems in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Regulation (EC) No 2244/2003, the following definition for the area West of Scotland shall apply:\nICES Division VIa excluding that part which lies to the west of a line drawn by sequentially joining with straight lines the following geographical coordinates:\n60°00′N, 04°00′W\n59°45′N, 05°00′W\n59°30′N, 06°00′W\n59°00′N, 07°00′W\n58°30′N, 08°00′W\n58°00′N, 08°00′W\n58°00′N, 08°30′W\n56°00′N, 08°30′W\n56°00′N, 09°00′W\n55°00′N, 09°00′W\n55°00′N, 10°00′W\n54°30′N, 10°00′W.",
