Member States, on the basis of information used for the management of fishing days absent from port and present within the area as set out in this Annex, shall communicate to the Commission, for each calendar year within one month of the expiry of that calendar year, the information about effort deployed by vessels using different types of gear in the area concerned by this Annex as laid out in Table IV.
