  "text": "Vessels flying the flag of Barbados, Guyana, Japan, South Korea, Norway, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago and Venezuela and vessels registered in the Faroe Islands shall be authorised to make catches in Community waters, within the quota limits set out in Annex I, and subject to the conditions provided for in Articles 14, 15, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24.",
