  "text": "The conversion rate to be applied to reimbursement requests submitted in national currency within the meaning of point (d) of Article 1 of Regulation (EC) No 2799/98, in month ‘n’, shall be as on the 10th day of month ‘n+1’, or the closest preceding day for which a rate is available.",
