  "text": "Processing undertakings and purchasers of fodder for drying and/or grinding shall send the competent authority, not later than the 15th of each month, a list of contracts concluded in the previous month and delivery declarations drawn up during the previous month.\nThe list shall include:\n(a) the identity of the co-contractor of the processing undertaking or approved purchaser or of the declarant in the case of an undertaking processing its own production or a group processing the production of its member;\n(b) the date of the contract or of the delivery declaration;\n(c) the identification references of the agricultural parcels;\n(d) the references of the single aid application in question.\nThe competent authority may request that this list be sent by e-mail.",
