  "text": "1. Within 45 days of the end of the month, processing undertakings shall lodge applications for aid as referred to in Article 4 of Regulation (EC) No 1786/2003 covering the quantities leaving the undertaking during that month.\n2. Except in cases of force majeure or exceptional circumstances:\n(a) the submission of an aid application after the time limit referred to in paragraph 1 shall lead to a reduction of 1 % per working day in the amounts to which the undertaking would have been entitled if the application had been lodged within the time limit;\n(b) if the delay amounts to more than 25 days the application shall be considered inadmissible.\n3. By way of derogation from paragraph 1, no aid applications for a marketing year may be submitted after 30 April following the end of the marketing year in question, except in cases of force majeure or exceptional circumstances.",
