Article 32 Additional measures and mutual assistance between Member States
United Kingdom
Member States shall take all further measures required for the proper application of the common organisation of the market in dried fodder and shall give one another the mutual assistance needed for the purposes of checks required pursuant to this Regulation. In that respect, Member States may, where this Regulation does not provide for appropriate reductions and exclusions, impose appropriate national penalties on producers or other operators in the sector, such as farmers or purchasers involved in the procedure for granting aid, in order to ensure compliance with the conditions for granting aid.
Member States shall assist one another to ensure effective controls, and to permit checks on the authenticity of documents submitted and/or the accuracy of the data exchanged.
