# Commission Regulation (EC) No 615/2005 of 21 April 2005 opening a standing invitation to tender for the export of common wheat held by the Slovak intervention agency, Article 12

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Within two hours of the expiry of the time limit for the submission of tenders, the Slovak intervention agency shall notify the Commission of tenders received. This notification shall be made using the form in Annex IV.
