  "text": "Description of the goods\nClassification(CN code)\nReasons\n(1)\n(2)\n(3)\n2.\nDiuretic/renal tea put up in bags for retail sale.\nThe label contains the following information:\n1)) Composition of each bag (1,8 g):\nMedicinally active ingredients:\n— horsetail 0,47 g\n— birch leaves 0,45 g\n— golden rod 0,38 g\n— spiny restharrow root 0,2 g\nOther ingredients:\nRose hip husks, cornflower leaves, peppermint leaves, marigold blossom, liquorice root.\n2)) Dosage and mode of application:\nPour one cup (approximately 150 ml) of boiling water onto one tea bag, cover and leave to brew for approximately 15 minutes and then remove the tea bag. Unless otherwise prescribed, one cup of freshly brewed tea 3 to 4 times a day between meals.\n3)) Applications:\nTo increase the volume of urine in the case of kidney or bladder catarrh and to prevent urinary gravel or stones.\n2106 90 92\nClassification in accordance with General Rules 1 and 6 for the interpretation of the Combined Nomenclature, Additional Note 1 to Chapter 30, the description for CN codes 2106, 2106 90 and 2106 90 92.\nSee also the HS Explanatory Notes to heading 2106, paragraph 14 and the Combined Nomenclature Explanatory Notes to Chapter 30.\nNeither the user directions nor packaging contain any details of the type and concentration of the active substance(s).
