  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nArticle 1(9), as far as Article 95f of Regulation (EEC) No 1408/71 is concerned, Annex I, points (1)(a) and (1)(b) and Annex II, points (2) and (4) shall apply from 1 January 2005.",
