The table in Article 1(2) Regulation (EC) No 2605/2000 is hereby amended by adding the following:\n‘\nCountry\nCompany\nRate of duty\nTARIC additional code\nThe People’s Republic of China\nShanghai Adeptech Precision Co., Ltd\nNo 3217 Hong Mei Road, Shanghai\n201103, People’s Republic of China\n52,6 %\nA561\nShanghai Excell M&E Enterprise Co., Ltd\nNo 1688 Huateng Road, Huaxin Town,\nQingpu District, Shanghai, People’s Republic of China\n52,6 %\nA561\n’\n2. The duty hereby imposed shall also be levied retroactively on imports of the product concerned which have been registered pursuant to Article 3 of Regulation (EC) No 1408/2004.\nThe customs authorities are hereby directed to cease the registration of imports of the product concerned originating in the People’s Republic of China and produced by Shanghai Adeptech Precision Co., Ltd and Shanghai Excell M&E Enterprise Co., Ltd.\n3. Unless otherwise specified, the provisions in force concerning customs duties shall apply.",
