  "text": "Commission Regulation (EC) No 705/2005\nof 4 May 2005\namending or repealing certain regulations on the classification of goods in the Combined Nomenclature\nTHE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 of 23 July 1987 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff, and in particular Article 9(1)(a) thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nCertain Commission Regulations concerning the classification of goods, adopted in order to ensure the uniform application of the Combined Nomenclature established by Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87, refer to codes which no longer exist. They should therefore be updated by way of amendments which take into account the appropriate codes in force.\n(2)\nOther Regulations have become redundant owing to changes to the descriptions of products and their related codes in the Harmonised System or in the Combined Nomenclature. They should therefore be repealed.\n(3)\nThe measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Customs Code Committee,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
