  "text": "For the purposes of this Regulation,\n(a) 100 kilograms of bone-in meat shall be equivalent to 77 kilograms of boneless meat;\n(b) ‘frozen meat’ means meat that is frozen and has an internal temperature of – 12 °C or lower when it enters the customs territory of the Community.",
