# Commission Regulation (EC) No 774/2005 of 23 May 2005 opening a standing invitation to tender for the resale on the internal market of paddy rice held by the Spanish intervention agency, Article 2

1. The closing date for the submission of tenders in response to the first partial invitation to tender shall be 1 June 2005.
2. The closing date for the submission of tenders in response to the last partial invitation to tender shall be 13 July 2005.
3. Tenders shall be lodged with the Spanish intervention agency:
