  "text": "In Article 4(3) of Regulation (EC) No 2707/2000, the second subparagraph is replaced by the following:\n‘However, for school year 2004/2005, the aid rate in force on the first day of June may be applied during the month of July if a school year of the Member State ends in July.’",
