  "text": "Commission Regulation (EC) No 944/2005\nof 21 June 2005\nsuspending the application of certain provisions of Regulation (EC) No 331/2005\nTHE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 1255/1999 of 17 May 1999 on the common organisation of the market in milk and milk products,\nHaving regard to Commission Regulation (EC) No 331/2005 of 25 February 2005 determining the aid referred to in Council Regulation (EC) No 1255/1999 for the private storage of butter and cream and derogating from Regulation (EC) No 2771/1999, and in particular Article 1(3) thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nThe applications for private storage contracts, provided for in Article 1(1)(b) of Regulation (EC) No 331/2005, have reached 110 000 tonnes.\n(2)\nSince this condition is met, the application of Article 1(1)(b) and (2) of that Regulation has to be suspended,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
