The invitation to tender for the reduction in the duty referred to in Article 10(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1784/2003 on sorghum imported into Spain, opened by Regulation (EC) No 2275/2004, is hereby closed.

2.

Regulation (EC) No 2275/2004 is hereby repealed.
