  "text": "Commission Regulation (EC) No 1011/2006\nof 3 July 2006\ncorrecting Regulation (EC) No 1008/2006 fixing the import duties in the cereals sector\nTHE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 1784/2003 of 29 September 2003 on the common organisation of the market in cereals,\nHaving regard to Commission Regulation (EC) No 1249/96 of 28 June 1996 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EEC) No 1766/92 as regards import duties in the cereals sector, and in particular Article 2(1) thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nThe import duties in the cereals sector are fixed by Commission Regulation (EC) No 1008/2006.\n(2)\nA calculation error has been discovered in the Annexes to Regulation (EC) No 1008/2006. The Regulation in question should therefore be corrected. This correction should apply retroactively and will not cause detrimental effects on operators,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
