Article 2B References to EU country, non-EU country, EFTA country and third countryF1

In this Regulation—

(a)

a reference to an EU country is a reference to a country which is a member State on exit day;

(b)

a reference to a non-EU country is a reference to a country other than the United Kingdom which is not a member State on exit day;

(c)

a reference to an EFTA country is a reference to a non-EU country which is a party to the EEA agreement on exit day;

(d)

a reference to a third country is a reference to a country other than the United Kingdom.
