The Secretary of State may, by regulations, amend the following:\n(a) Annexes IA, IB, IC, II, III, IIIA, IIIB, IV, V, VI and VII to take account of changes agreed under the Basel Convention and the OECD Decision;\n(b) Annex V to reflect any amendments made to Commission Decision 2000/532/EC;\n(c) Annex VIII to reflect decisions taken under relevant international conventions and agreements.",
