Article 17 Implementation of assistance

1.
The Commission and the beneficiary countries shall conclude framework agreements on the implementation of the assistance.
2.
Subsidiary agreements concerning implementation of assistance shall be concluded between the Commission and the beneficiary country or its implementing authorities as required.
