A definitive anti-dumping duty is hereby imposed on imports of lever arch mechanisms for archiving sheets and other documents in binders and files and falling within CN code ex 8305 10 00 (TARIC code 8305 10 00 50) originating in the People's Republic of China.

The rate of the definitive anti-dumping duty applicable to the net, free-at-Community frontier price, before duty, of the products described in paragraph 1, and manufactured by the companies listed below shall be as follows:
