  "text": "Regulation (EC) No 1251/96 is amended as follows:\n1.. In Article 2, the second paragraph is deleted.\n2.. In paragraph 1 of Article 5, the following subparagraph is added:\n‘For the period of 1 January to 31 March 2007 licence applications shall be lodged during the first fifteen days of January 2007.’\n3.. The Annexes are replaced by the text in the Annex to this Regulation.",
