This Regulation lays down rules concerning the applicability of Articles 101 to 106 ... of the Treaty on the functioning of the European Union (TFEU) in relation to production of, or trade in, the products listed in Annex I to the TFEU with the exception of the products covered by Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 and Regulation (EU) No 1379/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
