  "text": "1. Notwithstanding Article 7(1) of Regulation (EEC) No 2131/93, the time-limit for submission of tenders under the first partial invitation to tender shall be 9.00 (Brussels time) on 10 August 2006.\nThe time-limit for submitting tenders under subsequent partial invitations to tender shall be 9.00 (Brussels time) each Thursday thereafter, with the exception of 17 August 2006, 24 August 2006, 2 November 2006, 28 December 2006, 5 April 2007 and 17 May 2007, i.e. weeks in which no invitation to tender shall be made.\nThe last partial invitation to tender shall expire at 9.00 (Brussels time) on 28 June 2007.\n2.
