Each application for an import licence in respect of the ‘Romania’ quota for wheat lodged and sent to the Commission on Monday 14 August 2006 in accordance with Article 2(1) and (2) of Regulation (EC) No 573/2003 shall be accepted at a rate of 1,744760634 % of the quantities applied for.
