  "text": "Commission Regulation (EC) No 1261/2006\nof 23 August 2006\namending Regulation (EC) No 219/2006 opening and providing for the administration of the tariff quota for bananas falling under CN code 0803 00 19 originating in ACP countries for the period 1 March to 31 December 2006\nTHE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 1964/2005 of 29 November 2005 on the tariff rates for bananas, and in particular Article 2 thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nThe Annex to Commission Regulation (EC) No 219/2006 lists the authorities responsible for applying the import arrangements in each Member State. Following a notification from a Member State, the list of authorities should be amended.\n(2)\nThe measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Bananas,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
