# Commission Regulation (EC) No 1301/2006 of 31 August 2006 laying down common rules for the administration of import tariff quotas for agricultural products managed by a system of import licences, Article 13: Import licence applications, import licences and notifications

Article 6(2), (3) and (4), Articles 8, 9 and 10, Article 11(1)(b) and (c), Article 11(2), (3) and, where applicable, Article 11(1)(a) shall apply mutatis mutandis where the management method based on documents issued by third countries is applied.
