1.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

It shall apply from 9 February 2001.

2.

Any reimbursement of anti-dumping duties paid on the basis of Regulation (EC) No 1470/2001 between 9 February 2001 and the date of entering into force of the present Regulation shall be made without any prejudice to the provisions of Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 1150/2000 and in particular Article 7 thereof.
