  "text": "Each application for an import licence in respect of the ‘Romania’ quota for corn lodged and sent to the Commission on Monday 11 September 2006 in accordance with Article 2(1) and (2) of Regulation (EC) No 573/2003 shall be accepted at a rate of 2,85706 % of the quantities applied for.",
