# Commission Regulation (EC) No 145/2006 of 26 January 2006 fixing production refunds on cereals, Article 1

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The refund per tonne of starch referred to in Article 3(2) of Regulation (EEC) No 1722/93, is hereby fixed at:
(a) EUR/tonne 19,39 for starch from maize, wheat, barley and oats;
(b) EUR/tonne 29,20 for potato starch.
