Annex

Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 765/2006 is amended as follows:

1. (1)

   Three columns, entitled ‘Address’, ‘Passport number’ and ‘Nationality’, respectively, shall be inserted in Annex I.

2. (2)

   The following natural persons shall be added:
