# Regulation (EC) No 1638/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 October 2006 laying down general provisions establishing a European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument, Article 32: Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force 20 days after its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 January 2007 to 31 December 2013.
