  "heading": "Definitions",
  "text": "For the purposes of this Regulation:\n(a) ‘Community of Twenty-five’ means the Community as constituted on 31 December 2006;\n(b) ‘new Member States’ means Bulgaria and Romania;\n(c) ‘enlarged Community’ means the Community as constituted on 1 January 2007;\n(d) ‘products’ means agricultural products and/or goods not included in Annex I of the EC Treaty;\n(e) ‘production refund’ means the refund granted pursuant to Article 8 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 1784/2003 or Article 13(3) of Council Regulation (EC) No 318/2006.",
