# Commission Regulation (EC) No 1713/2006 of 20 November 2006 abolishing the prefinancing of export refunds in respect of agricultural products, Article 18

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 January 2007.
The provisions repealed or deleted by this Regulation shall continue to apply in respect of products placed under the prefinancing regime before 1 January 2007.
