# Regulation (EC) No 1717/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 November 2006 establishing an Instrument for Stability, Article 15: Budget commitments

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. Budget commitments shall be made on the basis of decisions taken by the Commission in accordance with Articles 6, 8, 9 and 12.
2. The legal forms for Community financing shall include (inter alia):
financing agreements,
grant agreements,
procurement contracts,
employment contracts.
