# Commission Regulation (EC) No 1745/2006 of 24 November 2006 amending Regulation (EC) No 936/97 opening and providing for the administration of tariff quotas for high quality fresh, chilled and frozen beef and for frozen buffalo meat, Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply to beef covered by a certificate of authenticity issued as from 1 January 2007.
