This Regulation lays down rules for the implementation of Regulation (EC) No 1083/2006 and Regulation (EC) No 1080/2006 as regards the following:

   management and control systems;

4. (d)

   irregularities;

5. (e)

   personal data;

6. (f)

   financial corrections for non-respect of additionality;

7. (g)

   electronic exchange of data;

8. (h)

   financial engineering instruments;

9. (i)

   eligibility of housing;

10. (j)

    eligibility of operational programmes for the European territorial cooperation objective as referred to in Article 3(2)(c) of Regulation (EC) No 1083/2006.
