  "text": "1. Budget commitments shall be made on the basis of decisions taken by the Commission in accordance with Articles 6, 7, 8 and 9.\n2. Community financing may take one of the following legal forms, inter alia:\n(a)) grant agreements, grant decisions or contribution agreements;\n(b)) agreements pursuant to Article 54 of Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 1605/2002;\n(c)) procurement contracts;\n(d)) employment contracts.",
