Article 4 General framework for implementation

Community assistance under this Regulation shall be implemented through the following measures:

1. a))

   Strategy Papers and revisions thereof as appropriate;

2. b))

   Annual Action Programmes;

3. c))

   Special Measures;

4. d))

   Ad hoc Measures.
