  "text": "With effect from 1 July 2006, for the purposes of application of Article 18 of Annex XIII to the Staff Regulations, the amount of the fixed allowance mentioned in the former Article 4a of Annex VII to the Staff Regulations in force before 1 May 2004 shall be:\nEUR 121,61 per month for officials in Grade C4 or C5,\nEUR 186,45 per month for officials in Grade C1, C2 or C3.",
