  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nWithout prejudice to the provisions of Article 11 of Regulation (EEC) No 3922/91, Annex III shall apply with effect from 16 July 2008.",
