# Regulation (EC) No 1905/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2006 establishing a financing instrument for development cooperation, Article 29: Budget commitments

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. Budget commitments shall be made on the basis of decisions taken by the Commission in accordance with Articles 17a(3), 22(1), 23(1) and 26(1).
2. Community financing may take one of the following legal forms, inter alia:
financing agreements,
grant agreements,
procurement contracts,
employment contracts.
