  "text": "Elements to be indicated in the undertaking invoice referred to in Article 2(2) and Article 2a:\n1.. The TARIC additional code under which the goods on the invoice may be customs cleared at Community borders (as specified in the appropriate Regulation or Decision).\n2.. The exact description of the goods, including:\nCN code,\nthe nitrogen (N) content of the product (in percentages),\nquantity (to be given in tonnes).\n3.. The description of the terms of the sale, including:\nprice per tonne,\nthe applicable payment terms,\nthe applicable delivery terms,\ntotal discounts and rebates.\n4.. The name of the unrelated importer to which the invoice is issued directly by the company.\n5.. The name of the official of the company that has issued the undertaking invoice and the following signed declaration:\n‘ I, the undersigned, certify that the sale for direct export to the European Community of the goods covered by this invoice is being made within the scope and under the terms of the undertaking offered by [company], and accepted by the European Commission through Regulation (EC) No 617/2000 or Decision 2008/649/EC (as appropriate). I declare that the information provided in this invoice is complete and correct. ’ .",
