Regulation (EC) No 76/2002, as modified by Regulations (EC) No 1337/2002, (EC) No 2385/2002 and (EC) No 469/2005, is amended as follows:

  1. 1..

    In Article 1, paragraph 3 is replaced by the following text:

    ‘3.

    Imports whose net weight does not exceed 2 500 kilograms are excluded from the application of this Regulation.’;

  2. 2..

    In Article 6, the date ‘31 December 2006’ is replaced by the date ‘31 December 2009’.
