# Council Regulation (EC) No 1934/2006 of 21 December 2006 establishing a financing instrument for cooperation with industrialised and other high-income countries and territories, and with developing countries falling under Regulation (EC) No 1905/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council, for activities other than official development assistance, Article 17: Repeal

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. Regulation (EC) No 382/2001 shall be repealed as of the latest of the following dates:
1 January 2007 ,
the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
2. The repealed Regulation shall continue to apply for legal acts and commitments of budget years preceding the year 2007. Any reference to the repealed Regulation shall be deemed to be a reference to this Regulation.
