# Council Regulation (EC) No 1934/2006 of 21 December 2006 establishing a financing instrument for cooperation with industrialised and other high-income countries and territories, and with developing countries falling under Regulation (EC) No 1905/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council, for activities other than official development assistance, Article 19: Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
It shall apply from 1 January 2007 to 31 December 2013 .
