# Commission Regulation (EC) No 1979/2006 of 22 December 2006 opening and providing for the administration of tariff quotas for preserved mushrooms imported from third countries, Article 10: Issuing of licences

Licences shall be issued by the competent authorities of the Member States on the seventh working day following the deadline for notification provided for in the first paragraph of Article 9.
